Co-Founder & CEO
Sokkim leads Chalatex with a strong focus on climate-smart agriculture and practical technology deployment. With experience bridging agriculture, innovation, and social impact, she drives the company’s vision to improve water efficiency, farmer livelihoods, and sustainable food production.
Mr. Lynter Yek
Co-Founder & CTO
Lynter leads Chalatex’s technical development, overseeing embedded systems, IoT architecture, and system reliability. He ensures that Chalatex’s technologies are robust, scalable, and suitable for real-world farming environments.
Mr. Sophea Meng
Co-Founder & COO
Sophea manages field operations, deployments, and logistics across multiple provinces. He ensures smooth installation, coordination with farmers and partners, and reliable ongoing support for Chalatex’s solutions on the ground.
Mr. Piseth Neak
Co-Founder & CFO
Piseth oversees financial planning, budgeting, and resource management at Chalatex. He supports sustainable growth by aligning financial strategy with operational needs, partnerships, and long-term impact goals.

Chalatex Technologies
Under Chalatex Technologies, we design, integrate, and deploy Internet of Things (IoT) solutions tailored for agricultural use in Cambodia. Our work focuses on practical, field-ready systems that support efficient irrigation, on-farm monitoring, and climate-smart farming practices suited to local conditions.
Based in Phnom Penh, our team develops and tests prototypes, integrates hardware and software components, and prepares systems for real-world deployment. Each solution is validated through field installations across multiple provinces in Cambodia to ensure reliability, usability, and impact for local farmers and institutions.
