The Site Engineer is a field-based technical role responsible for supporting the deployment, installation, operation, and maintenance of Chalatex’s smart farming and IoT systems. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that on-site systems—such as smart irrigation, sensors, controllers, and network infrastructure are installed correctly, operate reliably, and meet client needs. The Site Engineer works closely with the Technical Manager and internal teams to conduct site surveys, install systems, troubleshoot issues, and support farmers and institutional clients in using Chalatex technology effectively.
Volunteer Sale Engineer
The Volunteer Sales Engineer role is a part-time, non-paid volunteer position designed for individuals who are passionate about Agri-Tech, smart agriculture, and community impact. The volunteer will support the promotion and adoption of Chalatex’s Agri-Tech solutions by assisting in client engagement, technical demonstrations, and awareness-building activities. In this role, the volunteer will act as a technical support voice during pre-sales and outreach activities, helping introduce solutions such as ChalatFarm, Chalat-Tube, and related smart farming technologies to farmers, agricultural groups, and partners. This position offers hands-on field exposure, practical learning, mentorship, and real-world experience in Agri-Tech sales and technology deployment.
Sale Engineer
The Sales Engineer position is a Full-Time role focusing on driving the adoption and sales of our Agri-Tech solutions. The Engineer will be the primary technical voice during the sales process, responsible for finding and engaging prospective clients (farmers, agribusinesses) and introducing our products and services. This role involves conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations (for CAM-Science, Chalat-Tube, etc.), understanding a client's specific needs, and communicating how our solutions provide tangible value. This position requires a unique blend of strong technical aptitude, compelling communication skills, and a proactive, sales-oriented mindset to build client trust and achieve sales targets.
Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator is a full-time role supporting Chalatex's Agri-Tech projects. This dynamic position mixes office planning with in-field coordination to ensure on-time product deployment. Key responsibilities include task management and seamless communication with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
