Job Summary

This 3-month paid internship is designed for university students in their final year. You will work alongside our senior engineers and agronomists to test new sensor technologies, calibrate soil data, and assist in setting up pilot farms. It is the perfect starting point for a career in the Agri-Tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the calibration and testing of new soil moisture and NPK sensors.
Collect and log data from pilot farms to verify sensor accuracy.
Help prepare technical manuals and training guides for farmers.
Participate in field visits to install and maintain IoT equipment.
Conduct research on crop water requirements for common Cambodian vegetables.
Support the R&D team with soldering, 3D printing, and prototyping tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Ag Engineering, Electronics, or Agronomy.
Strong passion for technology and agriculture.
Willingness to get your hands dirty (literally) in the field.
Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel).
Good attitude, eager to learn, and punctual.

Nice to Have

Experience with Arduino or basic electronics.
Understanding of plant biology or farming practices.
Own transportation (Motorbike).
